Safety is our top priority. Your dog will travel in our luxury fully-equipped Mercedes dog van, designed with their comfort and well-being in mind. Each dog has their own individual, well-ventilated crate with soft bedding to ensure maximum comfort and security. The custom-built crates are equipped with back doors for added safety and are regularly cleaned to maintain hygiene. The van features a fan, windows for airflow, and a thermometer to monitor and maintain optimal temperatures at all times. Additionally, we carry towels to clean muddy paws and a fully stocked first aid kit. As a trained first-aider, Storme is well-equipped to handle minor incidents, ensuring your dog’s safety at all times.

With your consent, we use premium, tasty treats to motivate and reward your dog, turning each walk into a fun, engaging, and educational experience. For dogs with dietary restrictions, we provide hypoallergenic options, ensuring every dog is catered to with care. Our treats are thoughtfully selected to match your dog’s tastes, enhancing their enjoyment and reinforcing positive behaviours.

During our walks, your dog isn’t just exercising, they’re also learning. We encourage them to make good choices by rewarding desired behaviours, such as recall and check-ins, helping them stay focused, engaged, and continually improving their skills.

We engage your dog’s natural instincts through sniffing exercises, offering enriching mental stimulation that helps them feel calm and content after their walk. Sniffing taps into essential behaviours, such as seeking and tracking, which are key parts of their predatory motor pattern. We keep your dog hydrated by offering fresh water during and after their walk. Upon drop-off, we’ll also ensure they have access to water at home. 

For those muddy adventures, towels are always on hand to clean your dog’s paws and body, ensuring they return home as clean and dry as possible. 

We love keeping you in the loop! After every walk or visit, you can receive a free text update, along with a photo or video of your dog enjoying their time, because we love sharing how much fun your dog is having.
